To Cancel from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (for devices running iOS 14.1):
- Go to Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Tap Cancel Subscription
To Cancel from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch for all other device versions:
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID - You might need to authenticate your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage
- Use the options to manage your subscription
To Cancel from your Mac or PC:
- Open iTunes
- If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account
- Authenticate your Apple ID, then click View Account
- On the Account Information page: scroll to the Settings section
- To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage
- To the right of the subscription you want to manage, click Edit
- Use the options to manage your subscription
- You can click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
If you are requesting a refund, you can also go to reportaproblem.apple.com (make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used to create your subscription)
