Issue: I am unable to restore my My Math Academy subscription being billed via iTunes on my iOS device. I've followed the intended directions provided by Customer Support and am still not seeing a restoration page. I am unable to utilize my subscription.

Recommendation: If you are experiencing this issue, you will need to fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you. Our developers are aware of this issue and we are currently working on a fix.
