Once a student has been added to your roster you will need to assign a license to provide them access to My Math Academy. You can either assign licenses to multiple students at a time or to specific students.  

Assigning Licenses in Bulk  

1. Click the school, classes or students tab (Depending on what level you’d like to assign licenses to) 
2. Select which groups or students you would like to assign licenses to by clicking the checkbox next to each name 
3. Click Bulk Actions in the upper right corner and select Assign Licenses  
4. Select the product license that is available to your organization.  
5. Click Assign. 

Assigning Licenses Individually  

1. Go to the Students tab 
2. Find the student you’d like to invite and click his or her name to view their profile. 
3. Scroll to the bottom to view the products section.  
4. Click Assign Licenses 
5. Select the product license that is available to your organization. 
6. Click Assign
