You can manage what actions administrators are able to do in your account by enabling or disabled the following permissions:
Setting | Description |
Administrator Accounts |
Allows the administrator to create additional administrators at lower levels. |
Manual Roster |
This allows an administrator to add, create, and edit student and teacher records directly through the Administrator Portal. These features are disabled if your organizations roster is managed through Clever. |
Upload Roster |
This allows the administrator to manage rosters through CSV upload. These features are disabled if your organizations roster is managed through Clever. |
Licenses | The administrator can assign licenses to students and distribute licenses to teachers or administrators below them. |
Reports |
They can view the Dashboard tab. |
Resources |
They can view the Resources tab. |
Sponsor |
The administrator only has access to the Dashboard tab but all personally identifiable information (PII) such as student name is hidden. |
