Temporary files and data are often stored on devices to help with overall performance. But sometimes, cached files can get corrupted over time and lead to stability issues.
To delete corrupted files and help with performance stability, you can clear cache and data on certain devices. Select your device below for more steps:
iPhone and iPad
You can check how much storage the My Math Academy app is using on your phone by going to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > and selecting My Math Academy. To clear up space, delete and uninstall the app.
Android phone and tablet
(Teacher Edition Only)
On certain Android models, you can clear ABCmouse’s cache and data. From the Home screen, go to Settings > Apps > My Math Academy > Storage > select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
